1 keitt mango ( for purée)
1 cup coconut milk (preference)
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions
- Pour milk and chia seeds in a jar. Cover tightly with lid and shake to combine.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight stirring occasionally, until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
- Cut mango into quarters and remove skin to be added into blender for pureeing.
- Begin adding layers starting with granola, chia pudding, and puree until it's filled to the top. Once filled, dice peaches and add to the top with a drizzle of maple syrup, sprinkle coconut shreds and Enjoy!
Please note that you can stir chia seeds and milk in a bowl until it thickens to serve right away. Letting it rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight is ideal for best results.
