5 easy breakfast recipes featuring Naturalvert granola

Being known as the most important meal of the day, breakfast is often also considered one of the most overlooked meals of the day.

A survey conducted in 2009 by Food Insight stated that 93 percent of Americans believed that breakfast was the most important meal of the day, yet only 44 percent of Americans reported eating breakfast.

Even now, 10 years later, people are still hazy on when to eat and what to eat. A more recent survey conducted in 2017 by Food Insight stated that Americans are more confused than ever on nutrition and daily food intake.

Though still unsure, it is important to note that more Americans are actively eating breakfast than they were in the past, according to data from The National Center for Biotechnology Information

Instead of the mere 44 percent, data is showing that around three-quarters of Americans are eating in the morning.

An article from BBC goes in depth on this debate and ultimately comes up with the conclusion that there is no definitive answer on the topic.

If you are hungry in the mornings, you should eat breakfast. They also note that while breakfast is important to focus on, the same attention should go towards your other meals throughout the day.
