Raspberry Cacao Granola Bark
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain or vanilla vegan yogurt (coconut, almond, soy, etc.)
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/4 cup strawberries, raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup raspberries cacao granola
Instructions:
- Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt with maple syrup or agave, if using. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed together.
- Spread the yogurt: Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle the red berries, chia seeds, and chocolate chips (if using) evenly over the yogurt layer.
- Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen and solid.
- Break into pieces: Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
