Peach Cobbler with Naturalvert Granola

No Sugar Peach Cobbler

Servings: 4-6

Cook time: 35–40 min

 

Filling:

·       5–6 ripe peaches (about 5 cups), peeled and sliced

·       1–2 tbsp lemon juice

·       2 tbsp arrowroot starch or cornstarch (for thickening)

·       Pinch of cinnamon

·       1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

·       2–4 tbsp date syrup, maple syrup

·       Pinch of salt

·       Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Topping (Crumble-style)

·       ¾ cup Passion fruit Mango granola

·       ½ cup almond flour

·       2–3 tbsp olive oil

·       1–2 tbsp date syrup

·       ½ tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

1.     In a bowl, combine peach slices with lemon juice, starch, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and natural sweetener. Mix well.

2.     Pour the peach mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish or similar size.

3.     Prepare the topping of your choice:

4.     For crumble topping: mix everything in a bowl and sprinkle evenly on top.

5.     Bake for 35–40 minutes or until topping is golden and peaches are bubbling.

Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
