Fruit Pizza with Naturalvert Original Granola Crust

Ingredients

Granola Crust

  • 3 cups Naturalvert Original granola
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Pinch of sea salt

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruit Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi, sliced
  • Mango, diced
  • Raspberries
  • Any fresh fruit of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10–12 inch pizza pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Naturalvert Original granola in a food processor and pulse slightly until it forms a coarse crumb texture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the granola, melted butter, honey, egg white, and sea salt. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Firmly press the granola mixture into the prepared pizza pan to form an even crust.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and set. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  6. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  7. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled granola crust.
  8. Arrange the fresh fruit on top as desired.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice. Lightly brush over the fruit for added shine and freshness, if desired.
  10. Chill for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving.
