Fruit Pizza with Naturalvert Original Granola Crust
Ingredients
Granola Crust
- 3 cups Naturalvert Original granola
- ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of sea salt
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey or powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Toppings
- Blueberries
- Kiwi, sliced
- Mango, diced
- Raspberries
- Any fresh fruit of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10–12 inch pizza pan or line with parchment paper.
- Place the Naturalvert Original granola in a food processor and pulse slightly until it forms a coarse crumb texture.
- In a large bowl, combine the granola, melted butter, honey, egg white, and sea salt. Mix until evenly coated.
- Firmly press the granola mixture into the prepared pizza pan to form an even crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and set. Allow the crust to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled granola crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruit on top as desired.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice. Lightly brush over the fruit for added shine and freshness, if desired.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving.
